Public Records Requests

The Auditor-Controller is the accounting office for the County. As such we process County payroll, pay invoices and apportion tax funds to cities and special districts. Much of this information is considered a public record. However, in some cases, including issues such as personal safety, or protection of minors, names and addresses may be redacted. Much of the information that is commonly requested is now available on our website.

We only have records available for documents generated within this department. Information requests regarding other departments must be directed to that department.
